Why do we need 2 City Attorneys?

There were so many pressing issues to be discussed during last night's Town Hall Meeting, that I was unable to voice my concerns about city personnel issues and the plan to hire a second City Attorney.

I did send my concerns along to Council Members via email and will share them with you here.
